Employment Opportunities

SERVPRO of Tri-County and SERVPRO of The Mountains is always taking applications for qualified, hardworking, and dependable individuals.

These are the following career opportunities that we have with our company:
Marketing Representative

Marketing Rep

Success at this job boils down to making and maintaining friendships with potential customers. The Marketing Rep will visit insurance agents, adjustors, fire departments, 911 centers and property managers on a regular basis to develop a rapport prior to the need for our services. This greatly enhances SERVPRO's ability to work comfortably with the decision makers during the job.

This is not a make the sale and move on position. It is a repetitive cycle that is maintained through honesty, efficiency and good old fashioned service. The successful Marketing Representative must have the personal maturity to consistently invest in relationships with clients and contacts despite the up and downs of business challenges.

Customer Service Representative

Marketing Rep

The CSC must be consistently courteous, efficient and professional to our customers at all times. The CSC answers all incoming customer phone lines and is the first person that our customer talks to. Providing field crews with accurate customer information and all administrative support necessary to help satisfy our customers is a major role the CSC performs.

The CSC also initiates all outgoing calls to customers regarding their satisfaction with our work. He/She will also initiate information calls to existing customers to inform them of specials or new service that we offer.

Production Technician

Marketing Rep

The primary function of a Production Tech is to clean up flooded or burned homes and businesses. This person typically handles the carpet and upholstery on site for residential and commercial customers. This is done using state of the art truck mounted equipment and powered cleaning units.

A large portion of the work involves fire, smoke and water damage restoration. In fire and smoke damage, generally all carpeting, upholstery and draperies in a home must be cleaned and deodorized.

For water damages, the production tech is the primary responder. When a building has a water leak, the first step is to extract the standing water. After the emergency water service, the tech will return to monitor equipment and apply deodorizers until the drying is complete.

Detail Crew Member

Marketing Rep

A detail crew member works as part of a team to provide detail cleaning of structure and contents from smoke/fire damaged homes and businesses.

Most job situations involve only light smoke contamination as one would see from a kitchen grease fire. We are most useful when we can completely restore items to their original condition.

Heaver smoke situations are handled by packing and moving contaminated items to our warehouse facility of cleaning. We do NOT deal with burned, melted, or charred debris. They are left to the reconstruction contractor.
